Create Automatic Backup with WinRAR and Windows XP Scheduled Tasks

This tutorial come from my experience when developing a website.  I’m dealing with a lot of files (mostly php and html), must report work every week, all must be completed within one month. when I was doing the job, my hard drive suddenly not working, I can only use a backup from my previous week’s report .
