A new kind of search service introduced by Google recently. The major feature of Google Search Plus is; this will integrate your personal results from Google + in to search engine result pages. Now the information on Google+ like People, Pages and Profiles will be seen on the SERPs.
Now Google users can choose what kind of search results they would like to see, there are two types of search results available first one as name says a Personal results where most of the results shown related to your or your contacts in G+, and another one is normal web search or no personal search.
