The popularity and efficiency of windows Vista and Windows 7 (as compared to windows XP and XP Professional) cannot be denied but when it comes to the working of some basic software like C++ programming, many people have faced a number of problems. Turbo C seemed to have been working fine with the older versions of windows operating system but as the technology developed, the newer operating systems like Windows Vista and Windows 7 became too advance for the turbo C program.
