What's New in Microsoft Access 2010

Microsoft has changed plenty of things with the 2010 interface. Some are more useful than others, but here’s a list of what’s new through the interface:
TABLES

A lot of people may say that the table interface in 2010 is completely different, but this couldn’t be further from the truth. Yes, there are plenty of features to explore, but the truth of it is that Microsoft did one simple thing with the table object interface: They essentially combined the design view and datasheet view such that you now have access to all of those features on the design view screen. When you open a table in datasheet view, you’ll notice that there are two new menus on the ribbon: "fields" and "table"…

In a general sense, most of the features that were found under the design view in previous versions can now be found under the "fields" ribbon tab. This is a time saver, but not much to those that are already familiar with the interface of Access.
