 A static web page uses to show the required information to the viewers or visitors, and it doesn't accept any information from the viewers or visitors. So static pages of your blogger don't enable the comment box and also your static pages of your blogger don't include into your archive pages and in your recent posts widget. The format of URLs of your static pages will be different from your post pages. It will look like as following,
