Adding yahoo emoticons on blogger was not as easy as you expect .. although just need patience to see the HTML code in your template.
The steps are as follows:
1. go into your blogger account
2. layout -> EDIT HTML tab check the Expand Widget Templates
3. Find the following code: <b:if cond='data:post.embedCommentForm'> <b:include data='post' name='comment-form'/> More...
Nice your blog readers are now able to use Yahoo smileys/emoticons when they comment on any of your blog posts.
