This Free PDF unlock service by rubypdf hosted on Google apps removes password restrictions on any secured Acrobat PDF document (supports version up to 9) with 128-bit AES or 128-bit RC4 encryption. The PDF decryption utility will not work for documents having 256-bit AES encryption or any third party PDF encryption, such as DRM or PDF with Certificate encryption.
