Two problems with Apple’s The New iPad

It’s no secret by now that the new iPad has been very successful in terms of sales. In just four days 3 million units were sold, which according to Apple was some sort of record. Moreover, reviews of the new iPad have been generally positive. The Retina display, in particular, has received a great deal of praise from users and reviewers alike.Recently, though, a couple of problems have arisen. The first is a potential overheating issue and the second has to do with data consumption. It is not yet clear how damaging these issues are, although if users are to be believed they represent pretty serious issues for anyone owning this new iPad.  more...
